Condolence: I met Marj in 1970 at Dow Chemical Company as a new hire. She trained me to fill in for her while she was on vacation. I will always remember her patience and kindness during our training sessions. She kept excellent records and was a true professional on the job. I will always remember her beautiful smile, her neat appearance and gentle manner. God works in mysterious ways, it's ironic that I was just thinking about her a few days ago and trying to find her on Facebook. Some people, you never forget. Marj, rest in peace as you make your transition from earthly labor to heavenly reward.

Condolence: I met Marj when I was 18 and interviewing for a job at Dow Chemical. Her smile and quiet way instantly put me at ease. I ended up working with her until she retired. Forty one years later she was still my friend. I have yet to meet a person so serene an always ready to put on a smile. Even on the very few times I caught her "exasperated" over something at work she could instantly shake her head and laugh! What an inspiration! I hope she knows how often I thought of her over the years, and I wish I had called her more often. She will be sorely missed. Please know how sorry I am, Janet, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
