Marjorie A. Volk, age 81, of North Tonawanda died at DeGraff Memorial Hospital on Sunday (August 28, 2011) after a short illness. Marjorie was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish. She retired from the Dow Chemical Company where she was an Executive Secretary. Beloved daughter of the late Charles and Barbara Volk. Loving and caring sister of Janet M. Volk of North Tonawanda. Also surviving are many close relatives and friends. Friends received by the family on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841) 156 Robinson St. North Tonawanda where services will be held on Thursday morning at 9:30 AM. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude R.C. Parish, 880 Niagara Falls Blvd., at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, Inc.
