Obituary for R. Scott "Scott" Hedges
R. Scott Hedges, 60, of the Town of Tonawanda, died on May 27, 2021 at Buffalo General Hospital. Loving Fiancée of Valerie L. Wadosky, Dear father of William Reese (Tina) Hedges and Bethany (Matt Fleck) Hedges. Proud grandfather of Brodie and Brennen Hedges and Finley Fleck. Brother of James (Cathy) Hedges, Michelle (James) Raymond and the late John and Terry Hedges. Son of the late John and Betty (nee Dickinson) Hedges. Brother-in-law of Sharon and Susan Hedges. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and his best Bud and Service Dog, “Cody”.
Friends received by the family on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021, from 4-7 p.m. at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. Friends are invited to share memories together at 7:00 p.m.
Scott worked for the Town of Tonawanda Highway Department and retired in 2016. He was an avid Hunter, Scuba Diver, Fisherman, Traveler, and sports fan. Scott loved life, his boats, motorcycles and living on the edge. He loved his friends and was the life of the party. He will be forever missed.
