Condolence: George was a wonderful colleague during my five years in the Buffalo U.S. Attorney's Office, which corresponded with his last five years before retiring. Our offices were next to one another, and we went to lunch together most days. He loved his family immensely and had no enemies. "Everybody loves George," including those whom he prosecuted, was a common refrain throughout our office, and it was true.
I will miss George immensely and was looking forward to him visiting here in South Texas. My deepest condolences to and prayers for his family.
